I was rather perplexed today when my green staff was hitting harder than my blue staff by several hundred so I started looking at the stats on the weapon and no bonuses show up for the melding book (+3 in this case) just the bonus for the natural +12 not sure if it has always been like this cause I never pay attention to little things like that(wouldn't remember even if I did look at it).
