What is a Master Stone? What does it do?
A Master Stone allows you to PERMANENTLY upgrade your weapon past +15. If you qualify for a Master Stone, you will get to choose the item and a GM will personally upgrade the item for you. All the Tiers above are CUMULATIVE which means you get all the tiers below if you qualify for the tier above!!
